We package our shipments very carefully. Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately (1-2 days after you receive it) at beselfish.skin@gmail.com if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Also please include a photo as this will help expedite the issuance of a return label. Once we've received and inspected the return of your damaged or incorrect goods, we can issue a refund or ship the correct item.
If your order is considered lost during shipping and the tracking number does not contain any information regarding final destination delivery for over 2 weeks (rare), contact us for a refund or replacement shipment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned once they've been opened and regularly used, like personal care goods (beauty products and skincare).
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
