LATE CANCELS: You can cancel/reschedule online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using your original booking email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment total. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable.

NO-SHOW/NO CALL: If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment and have not communicated missing your appointment, 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If the card on file does not work and we cannot charge the no-show fee, you will owe a balance of the owed fee if you’d like to rebook at any point in the future.

Please remember that we respect your time and we ask that you do the same for us in return. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees. Any clients arriving 15+ minutes after their scheduled appointment time will not be able to be seen, and will be required to reschedule for a different day. This will be considered a late cancellation and 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable.

NOT FILLING OUT REQUIRED ONLINE FORMS: All online forms must be completed and submitted before arrival to scheduled appointment. These required forms are included in each booking confirmation/reminder email. There is no built-in time during the appointment to fill these out, so failure to fill them out beforehand will result in a late cancellation, and incur the 50% late cancellation fee.

CONSTANT RESCHEDULING: When you book an appointment time, you are reserving that time slot for your treatment. By consistently rescheduling your scheduled appointments (3+ times in a row) you are denying that time slot to other clients who are needing to get in that month, and also showing you’re not ready to commit to professional treatments. If that’s the case, that’s ok! Instead of rescheduling each month, you will be asked to forgo rescheduling your appointment until you know for certain you can make a time work with your schedule.

Booking an appointment at Selfish Skin & Wellness means that you have read and understood these policies, and that you consent to the fees that will be incurred for any cancellations.

All sales are final. No returns on opened skincare products or retail.

Regarding online orders:

We package our shipments very carefully. Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately (1-2 days after you receive it) at beselfish.skin@gmail.com if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Also please include a photo as this will help expedite the issuance of a return label. Once we've received and inspected the return of your damaged or incorrect goods, we can issue a refund or ship the correct item. 

If your order is considered lost during shipping and the tracking number does not contain any information regarding final destination delivery for over 2 weeks (rare), contact us for a refund or replacement shipment. 

If product is unopened and you are wanting to process a return, please contact us at: beselfish.skin@gmail.com. Product must have been ordered within the last 30 days, and must be unopened.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned once they've been opened and used, such as personal care goods (beauty products and skincare).

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please make sure the address you've entered for shipping is correct. 

We typically ship USPS within 2-3 days after an order is placed and payment has been processed.

We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages that have already been marked as "delivered".
